5 Can’t Miss Movies and TV Shows – Week of July 15th

Week of July 15th – What to Watch:

The Lion King

Disney’s new, realistically animated remake of The Lion King is finally here. The movie has a star studded cast including James Earl Jones, Donald Glover and Beyonce Knowles-Carter. The film is also led by director Jon Favreau (The Jungle Book and Iron Man). Witness one of our favorite childhood stories come to life like never before.

Batman: Hush

The DC Comics animated film based on the beloved Batman comic arrives this week. Follow Bruce Wayne as he attempts to discover who is behind all of the turmoil and obstacles being placed in his way. How do you stop an enemy that knows you better than you know yourself?

Frankenstein’s Monster’s Monster, Frankenstein

This Netflix mockumentary follows actor David Harbour and his deep dive into the backstory of his legendary acting father’s time making a made-for-TV play on the story of Frankenstein. The movie is a comedic work of fiction with high critic acclaim.

Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee

The original conversation-based interview show by Jerry Seinfeld returns with a new season and a new batch of comedians. This time around Jerry sits down with the likes of Eddie Murphy, Ricky Gervais, Seth Rogan, Jamie Foxx and more. The season will be available exclusively on Netflix.

Behind Closed Doors

This two-part docu-series is an HBO original and tells the story of The Talwar Family in India. The mother and father lose their daughter in a double homicide that took place in their home while they were present. They claim to be innocent, but does the evidence match up?
