5 Can’t Miss Movies and TV Shows – Week of July 29th

Here on Binge Sequence we will be giving a weekly updated list of titles that should be prioritized. A top 5 of sorts. The purpose of the list is to steer each other in the right direction.

Week of July 29th – What to Watch:

Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw

After all of the “will they, won’t they” on-set issues between Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel, the Fast & Furious franchise branches out with a spin-off film centered around the characters on Hobbs and Shaw. Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham reprise their roles and fight alongside Vanessa Kirby to take down a technological enhanced Idris Elba. This movie looks nuts!

Season 4 approaches for AMC’s Preacher. We will take another action packed, zany thrill ride in this comic book based western. This time, it leads to the end of the world in the year 2020, or at least that’s what the plan is. Don’t miss out on Dominic Cooper’s out of control adventures this week.

No One Saw A Thing

Sundance TV brings us a documentary about one of the most bizarre unsolved cases in history. An entire town comes together to murder and cover up the neighborhood bully Ken Rex McElroy. Leaving behind a wife who witnessed the murder and a full town who was involved yet denies seeing anything, this makes for one of the strangest crime stories of all time.

Once Upon A Time… In Hollywood

Critics say that Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio are fantastic together. Quentin Tarantino’s latest effort of classy Hollywoodland coupled with the murderous and seedy underbelly of it all have captured the imaginations of so many viewers. It remains one of the best things to got and check out in theaters this week.

Lights Out with David Spade

SNL alumni and 90’s comedic star David Spade makes his return to television in the form of a comedy panel show. He will bring on some of his favorite guests, peers and life-long friends to share in the hilarity of today’s world. The show airs on Comedy Central this week.
